  1. Trace heart and wing pattern onto freezer paper and cut out with scissors (or crafter's knife with adult supervision), leaving sides intact to create stencil.
  2. With adult supervision, center stencil shiny side down onto tee and iron on.
  3. Insert Tulip® Fashion Form™ in between layers of shirt. Pour puddles of Azalea and Sterling Glitter Tulip® Soft Fabric Paints™ onto foil. Pounce Azalea into large heart stencil using sponge. Pounce Sterling Glitter into the wings. Let dry and add a second coat. When dry, remove stencil.
  4. Dip index finger into Azalea and put finger imprint on tee holding finger at a slight angle. Repeat with a second print in opposite direction to create a heart shape. Refer to photo. Let dry.
  5. Using end of cotton swab, dip into the Sterling Glitter and make dots in large heart stencil and randomly around tee. Refer to photo. Let dry.
  6. Dip finger into paint and hold at an angle and press on fabric. Repeat above but press down in opposite angle to create a heart.
