Health Reminders for Face Masks
Remember that face masks are intended to protect yourself and others from catching and spreading COVID-19. So it's important to follow CDC guidelines for making and wearing your face mask. According to the CDC, your mask should:
- Fit snugly around your nose and chin and have no large gaps at the sides
- Be made with breathable fabric (such as cotton)
- Be made with tightly woven fabric (not knitted or crocheted)
- Be made with 2-3 layers of fabric
