From candles and soaps to wearable items you can find a low cost craft. I am really partial to the Silly Putty project. I am a kid at heart and I love to play with my grandkids and this is a perfect project to spend time with them the next time they visit.

Where to start! There are so many project ideas here and as the title states, crafting on a budget how can you not afford to make a few of these. Thanks for all of the project ideas collected into one post.

We are having our Craft & Bake sale in Katy, TX in Oct. I am making some trivets. What can I cover wood with to stand the heat but let my design show through? Leo
