Double Heart Gift Tag

(1 Votes)

Two wood hearts and a small amount of ribbon become a cute gift tag for a Valentine's Day gift, Mother's Day gift or anytime gift. The gift recipient can keep the pretty tag as an ornament to cherish for years to come.  Add a personalized touch by writing the recipients name on the little heart.  This is a sweet and cute gift that's sure to go a long way and, best of all, it's quick, easy, and inexpensive to make.  This cute tag would also make a sweet stocking stuffer for the holiday season and would be a precious gift for a new mommy-to-be.
