Thanks so much I did a doll dress x

Hi could this be adjusted in dk for baby born doll thanks

Hi there! Unfortunately this pattern isn't available as a baby born doll pattern, but I did find a similar option for you at this link: I hope that helps!

Hi Hun thanks but I adjusted yours. I love your dress thanks x

It turned out so well! Thank you for sharing!

I really like this pattern. I am saving it for my next project . I have two working right now plus a few jewelry pieces I am making, and a crochet purse. I swear I am working harder since retiring than I did when I worked full time. But when things turn out like this one, it's all worth it.

Making this in black and panther pink (mix of pink purple and black). So far this is working up beautifully and I love how easy it is.

I made this one D

love this pattern, works up beautifully with dk wool, thanks for posting free pattern

Help! I'm stuck at row 12. What does "73 sc, 2ch -9 sps" mean?

I know you asked this a year ago but I thought I'd still help if you need it. That section is just saying that at the end of that row you should have 73 sc's, and 9 spaces of the 2 chains. ) hope that helps )

I made this dress in white and pink. I also made the dress into a sweater in pink, by following the direction up until the end of bodies I ch3 then started the 'V' pattern and dc at the end row, I repeated the pattern for approximately 12 row. I then went back to the part for the button holes and follow the directions. I had 38 stitches instead of 19. I used the 'v' pattern for the sleeves working 17 rows the second row from the end I weaved pink ribbons in the sleeves to fit the infant arms.

Thanks for your helpful comment! So glad you were able to complete this project. - Julia from FaveCrafts

I like so much thar pattern so im going to try . By nov. a new little girl is coming to my fam. Thanks very much for all those patterns. Blessings.

Made this in black & white with hot pink reverse sc around neck and at the bottom of dress. If I do say so myself it looks great.

I noticed this dress first in black and pink. can you tell me the yarn that you used? Thanks

I am in the process of making this and I'm at the skirt, but I'm finding my skirt seems to fan out WAY more than the picture shows, even though I've followed your instructions to the T... Is it just showing smaller in the picture but is actually much wider at the bottom or did I do something wrong? (btw for those of you not sure how or where to change colors, you fasten off at the end of each section that to change to a new color, you would simply attach it the way the pattern describes for the next part.)

is there any tutorial on this dress?? How do you reverse single crochet, the pattern seems confusing to me, as i have never learned to read a pattern before, I'm trying to each myself to read written patterns...I usually just crochet by following you tube...

The instructions for this pattern read as if the dress is to be made all in one colour-white. I might like to make it in white & the other colour shown or another colour of my choice. I also notice because of that, there are no specifications when to change to the 2nd colour. I might like to use this pattern for my church bazaar but quantity is not specific for amounts of 2 colours I would need to buy.

I would love to make this, but I don't know how much yarn I need for the purple part.

Can you please give Sizes for a 2T and 3T dress. It is just adorable. Thank You, Marilyn

I would really like to see more crochet dresses like this. I like working with the crochet thread. This thread makes beautiful dresses.

I look at a lot of patterns for crocheted baby dresses, and this is the most adorable one I ever have seen. I will try to make it ASAP. Thank you so much for offering it.

this is just what i have being looking for thank you for the pattern

This is a really pretty dress. It looks easy enough. There is one thing though, for materials you list an amount of white, however, the picture shows purple and white. Could you tell me how much of each is needed?

I confused this ADORABLE CROCHETED BABY DRESS with the ABIGAIL CROCHETED BABY DRESS and so was discouraged for awhile. I can't understand the ABIGAIL and added my own take on it, which was inconsistent. But this pattern is so successful that relatives of a baby girl whom I made the 3-6 month size for in pink also wanted the 6-9 size in white and are saying go ahead and start a 9-12 month in red for the Christmas holidays. It is a joy to make and a hugely loved gift. I thank you for and recommend this pattern wholeheartedly.

pattern not real clear.

Sorry I mean (73 sc, 2ch-9 sps)

has anyone figured out the pattern on row 12? where it goes to turn 973 SC,2CH-9 SPS) ETC.

My wee girl is 2 years old... what would be the measurements? PLEASE... this size will never fit and I WANT to make it for her for this summer! Any help on making it larger.

this dress is truly beautiful and easy my first time making clothes all i have ever done before was very easy blankets, thank you so much for the pattern by chance you wouldnt have a sweater to match i'd really like to try that as well thanks again

Is the amount of white yarn for the complete dress? Since you didn't say how much colored yarn is needed. It's a cute dress, just perfect for my soon coming granddaughter. Thank you.

OMG, So Cee-ute

Beautiful especially for church and social occasions. Just finished, not difficult to make :).

I love this pattern. It is so cute . Easy to make.

I absolutely LOVE this little dress pattern, there is only one thing wrong with it.... it is not big enough!!! My granddaughter is going to be 2 in July and she would look so sweet in this but I stink at enlarging patterns to fit. Is there anyone out there that IS good at it and would be willing to do this for me? You would be gratefully appreciated for years to come as I know in my heart of hearts this will NOT be the last of the line. lol

This an adorable pattern. It only shows amount of yarn for the white but none for the colored.

This is so adorable, I have made two so far. I did both of them in light pink with brown trim which seems to be very popular now. I am doing the third one now in white with pink trim. this is an easy pattern but counting is important.

Where did you find the Vstitch and scallop stitch

I'm having trouble making row 12 the part (73 sc, 2 ch - 9 sps) is very confusing to me....can someone help me with this?

I love the little dress!!!

I made this dress and I can't believe how beautiful it came out. I have a grandbaby coming in April and I can't wait to see her in it. I added white single crochet to the bottom of the lavender and oh how it made the dress pop.

This little dress worked up quickly and it will be a beautiful gift for a favorite baby girl.

Besides being awesome cute, this dress is very easy to work - great for beginners!

I added a row of triple crochet at starting row of skirt to be used to hold a ribbon for a belt. Then I put a little ruffle around the neck and sleeves. It really turned out beautifully.

Please don't be afraid to make this! It is really very easy & looks beautiful when done!

love these items

Could the small sized dress be used by an American Girl Doll? Does 3-6 months amount to approximately a 16" doll?

Change in color of skirt is in round 6 Amount of white color is 3.5 onz. amount of lavender 5.0 onz. trim around the armhole is reverse single crochet around the armhole and the same for the collar area.

Will there be any corrections to this pattern? No color changes can someone help??

No instructions for changing colors and the pattern ends with the scallop edge, (not as the picture shows), with no instructions as to start back with the 2nd color of the skirt. Confused!

Since this pattern is shown in 2 colors, what the yarn amounts are for 2 colors? Also has the trim around the armhole been omitted? And what row is the color change for the stripe in the skirt: Thank you, Darlene
