I don't understand the distinction between the instructions for rows 10 - 21 repeat last 4 rows (which appear to me to be rows 6,7,8,9)and for rows 22-25 repeat rows 6,7,8,9. Row 6 (Wrong Side Ruffle Row): With B, ch 1, working in back loops only, sc in first sc, 3 dc in next sc, *sc in next sc, 3 dc in next sc; repeat from * across to last sc, sc in last sc, turn. Row 7: Ch 1, working in free loops of Row 5 only, sc in each sc across, turn. Rows 8 and 9: Ch 1, sc in each sc across, turn. Rows 1021 (25, 25, 29): Repeat last 4 rows 3 (4, 4, 5) times. Rows 22 (26, 26, 30)25 (27, 29, 31): Repeat Rows 69 (7, 9, 7). Read more at http://www.favecrafts.com/Crochet-for-Baby/Ruffle-Bottomed-Baby-Girl-Soakers-from-Red-Heart/ct/1#ZTuWG0HwPtexxHxC.99

On the directions for row 7 should it not be free loops of row 6? Row five is all sc. Row 6 has sc between 3 dbl cr.
