I got a heart baby blanket pattern by Ann Saglimbene on Knitting on the net and purchased my yarn. After starting the pattern, I realized that the hearts on the blanket shown in the picture had boxes around the hearts which really makes it look sooo good. However, the pattern does not include directions for the columns that go across the blanket only shows the knit columns that go from top to bottom of pattern. Since I am a lst time knitter, is there anyway I could get a revised pattern. If someone just says "add garter stitch" or something similar, I'm not secure enough to know exactly what to do. I'd like to have a revised pattern and knitters on Raverly are also asking the same question. Thanks for your effort on my behalf - Pat.
