Metallic Journal
Is your journal cover a little too boring? Liven it up with this Metallic Journal tutorial from Terri O.! Make your own journal cover and soon you'll be covering albums, books, and more!
Materials:
- Metal sheets from Lefranc & Bourgeois
- Scissors
- Plain, inexpensive journal
- Embossing tools
Instructions:
- Cut metal sheet so that it is 1/4 to 1/2 inch larger than journal. Place over journal and close to make sure it overlaps when closed.
- Place pattern of your choice on metal and emboss.
- Fold metal over journal cover and wrap like a present. Use your tools to press metal down firmly to keep it in place.
