Sully Cosplay DIY

If you want to seriously impress everyone at Comic Con you have to make this Sully cosplay. This DIY is incredibly accurate to the famous movie character. This cosplay is going to be hard work and a little expensive, to prepare to strap in and spend some time on a truly impressive ensemble. Thankfully it isn't too heavy! Though the cosplay looks like it might be made out of PVC, it's actually made from thick craft foam at its base. And the whole project comes with a printable pattern, so most of the heavy lifting has been done for you. Have fun and enjoy wearing this authentic-looking costume!
