I almost skipped right over this project. I am glad I read the directions. This little lily is made from the hand print of a child. Now that my babies are 22 and 25, I would really have a great big lily but the sentiment is so very sweet. It would be a great idea to place somewhere the year made just to remember the age of the child when created.

I love this Lily Mother's Day craft. Depending on the age of the child, a little adult assistance would be helpful but I love the idea that the petals of the lily are the child's finger tips.

These are beautiful but the kids need to be older to make these, even with help. that's okay, though, not everything has to be for preschoolers! I have an 11 year old niece who loves to do crafts and she would like this if I got all the materials together for her-which I do have.
