Chalkboard Football Party Tray

Materials:
- Martha Stewart Crafts ® 2oz Multi-Surface Chalkboard Paint Acrylic Craft Paint - Classroom Green
- Martha Stewart Crafts ® Adhesive Silkscreens - Striped Alphabet
- Martha Stewart Crafts ® 2oz Erasable Liquid Chalk, White
- Wood tray
- Flat brush ½”
- Chalk
- Tape
- Scissors
- Water basin
- Paper towels
- Foam plates
Instructions:
- Wipe tray free of any dirt or dust.
- Apply Classroom Green chalkboard paint to inside bottom of tray. Let dry thoroughly before applying additional coats.
- Condition the chalkboard finish by rubbing side of chalk over the surface and then wiping with a paper towel.
- Cut apart alphabet screens to acquire the letters needed for your phrases.
- Space the letters where desired and tape to hold.
- Remove the backing from first letter and replace. Apply Erasable Liquid Chalk very lightly through screen. (Daub the applicator on a paper towel to remove as much paint as possible before applying through screen). Remove screen and wash immediately to prevent screen from clogging.
- Repeat process until all the letters are applied.
