What fun making these up cycled napkin rings would be! I could see glamorizing them up even further by gluing some shiny and sparkly star gems here and there or even painting the white star and stripe in glow in the dark paint. Hand these out as a party favor or save them from year to year for a new family fourth of July tradition!
