"I had a crazy vision of making a life size mannequin covered in paint swatches. I had no idea how to do it, so it was a little trial and error. However, if you have a booth anywhere, ever, keep in mind that this “prop" was eye candy. And eye candy draws a crowd!"

- 3 paint decks
- Mannequin
- Full-length petticoat
- Hot glue gun and glue
- Sheets of moss
Instructions
How to make your own Paint Chip Mannequin Art

Tie the petticoat around the waist of the mannequin form tightly.

Take apart paint decks.

Cut off the white top of each card.

Hot glue individual cards starting at the top of the petticoat, working your way down.

Glue sheet moss to the bodice.
