I am so fond of drawers and cabinets. Maybe because I also need them. But I never thought of really redecorating. With these tutorials, I can make my dull drawers look more lively and exciting, especially for the kids.

This is such a great project. Hubby had someone give him a 2 drawer file cabinet. It is so plain and an ugly green, so perhaps I can get him to paint it black then tape the fronts and handles. My craft cart which is similar to this one is white. The colorful tape will certainly brighten not only it, but the entire rom!! The more cheerful, the more Ill want to work in there!

I have the identical plastic file cabinet for craft supplies. I never thought to use duct tape to dress it up. I think I will also look for some large file cabinets in the Want Ads or the thrift store and decorate them in the same fashion. Thanks for the inspiration.

I have heard that duct tape is used for everything, but I have never thought about using it for a project like this. Using it like this is a wonderful idea, and any of the kids could do this. Use it on a dresser, closet doors, again, it has endless use and it is difficult to mess up, and if you do, it would be easy to fix. I am going to pick an item, and the grandkids and I are going to have fun!
