Send your daughter or granddaughter back in time with this vintage DIY Girl's Hand Muff. A hand muff is an adorable accessory for a young girl during winter. Line the inside of the muff with fleece to keep your loved one's hands safe from the bitter cold. You can decorate the outside of these free sewing patterns with buttons or tassels to make them a little more fancy. I would have so liked one of these hand muffs growing up. I remember when I was little watching some old movies and saw a little girl (Shirley Temple) and some women wearing these and falling in love with them. I always wanted one. Forgot about that until I seen this post and then I read the tutorial and I see how easy it is to make. I am going to make one for my grand daughter and some for her dolls and see what she thinks about it.Who knows maybe they will come back in style. What do you think?
