Very simple and pretty, too. Anyone with a yarn stash is ready to make a pillow like this, if for nothing else than to use up some yarn! To make it even easier, I would knit the piece until it was long enough for both back and front and do away with sewing it to fabric, but it looks nice with the fabric backing, too.
