What a great gift idea for children to do for Mother's Day or even a teacher gift or grand parents and they can do it themselves because all you need is some string and glue. Imagine what their faces will look like when they see what they have created all by themselves and this is so inexpensive to make. I love dollar tree ideas. You can even add some cut outs for a theme too. Easy tutorial too.

Aww. These are so precious, and it looks like the easiest way to dress up drab kitchen utensils.

Whoa, these are surprisingly simple and cute! Such a great way to add some color to your kitchen.

Another great dollar store craft idea fit for anyone, no excuses. Baker's twine from Michaels would look great on these utensils as it has a color twisted/mixed with white. I think it will add even more of a kitchen-y look to it. The leather cord for the handle is just perfect as is. If you're painting the utensils make sure to use food safe paint.
