Dancing Frogs Journal

This silly whimsical journal will bring a smile to your face and it’s a very quick and easy gift to make for a friend. Project designed by FaveCrafts.com resident craft expert Maria Nerius.

Materials:

• Small journal
• McGill tree frog paper punch
• Tiny wiggly eyes
• Two shades of green paper
• Letter stamps
• Black permanent inkpad
• 3 Small twigs
• Light blue and dark blue paper
• Fiskars paper trimmer
• Glue

Instructions:

1. Cut dark blue paper mat just slightly smaller than journal cover. But light blue mat just slightly smaller than dark blue mat. Adhere light blue mat to dark blue mat. Stamp name along bottom right of journal if desired. Adhere to journal cover front.
    
2. Punch two frogs; one from each shade of green paper. Adhere two wiggly eyes to each frog.
    
3. Glue 3 small twigs to left side of blue mat balancing with the stamped name (if done). Adhere frogs as shown in photo.
