Repurposed Denim World Map Floor Cushion
"This giant floor cushion is a fantastic present for anyone with wanderlust, it would look great in a den or teen room. The world map is made from appliqued denim scraps. A different shade of indigo denim is used for each continent so that they stand out. The giant pillow/cushion can be personalized with the addition of red felt hearts. These hearts can be sewn onto countries and places that have special meaning to you. This is a simple handsewn project with a free template to download."

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have the world at your feet? This denim world map floor cushion is really unique and depending on the scrapes of denim you have to use it can be customized to your liking. Thanks for sharing this project and providing all of the wondering pictures.

To heck for using this as a floor cushion. I want this on the wall in the family room. This is the next project I will be undertaking with my kids and we will be learning about the world why we do it. Oh, I home school.
