If you enjoy making pom pom DIY rugs, you're already familiar with the satisfaction of creating something both cozy and stylish for your home. If you're looking for new craft projects to try, we have a few recommendations that you might enjoy.
One idea is to create a set of pom pom coasters. Using the same technique as you do for your rugs, make smaller pom poms in coordinating colors and attach them to circular pieces of felt. These coasters will add a fun and colorful touch to your coffee table while protecting it from spills.
Another project to consider is a pom pom wall hanging. Create a variety of pom poms in different sizes and colors, then attach them to a wooden dowel using yarn. Hang the finished piece on your wall for a whimsical and textural addition to your decor.
For a seasonal project, consider making a pom pom wreath. Use pom poms in fall colors like orange, yellow, and brown to create a cozy wreath for your front door. Add some faux leaves, acorns, or other embellishments to complete the look.
No matter which project you choose, we know you'll enjoy the process of creating something beautiful and unique with your crafting skills. Happy crafting!

This rug looks so lush and plush and cushy on the feet! The random pattern and different Pom poms look like a. very high end designer and the white in white is classy. As an alternative design, you could arrange the pompoms in a spiral design, either in one color, or jazz it up a bit and use gradients of one or more color tones. Love this idea, thank you so much!

What a really cool looking rug this is and made from pom poms which I have not seen yet. This is a great addition to a room for a baby, toddler, teen or even an adult. I can see this made out of different colors to match the room decor. This will make a great baby shower gift for the newborn . I can imagine how sort it will feel on your feet. I would have never imagined it being that easy to make such an attractive rug. Great idea.

I would like this rug for a bathroom or a baby room. The size and depth of the pompoms would make this rug extra luxurious and fluffy, and could be customized to any color scheme. I still have a pompom making kit from childhood somewhere in the house and this rug would certainly be a great way to use up all sorts of leftover yarn.

I love this Pom Pom DIY Rug! It is so unique and interesting unlike any other rug pattern I have ever seen. I have a pom pom making kit and will be using it to make this fluffy rug. My kit came from Jo Ann's Crafts and it has 3 different sizes and I think I'll do all three sizes in different colors to match my bathroom, one for the guest room and living room. What a great way to use up extra left over yarns. I can't wait to sink my feet into this rug.. Thank you so much for sharing this free rug pattern.
