Wow. What a work of art. this is the ultimate Christmas afghan project. I wonder when I will be able to do this if I decide to do this at all. The mix of colors is very pleasing to the eyes as the tones used are the more subdued ones, not glaring, not bright. Very beautiful for a happy Christmas. Happy Holidays!

Caron shadows series has been discontinued. I love the effect of this yarn. Can anyone make a substitution suggestion?

I just started on this blanket. I love how it is broken into blocks. It makes working on it so convenient and more portable. I truly enjoy taking something to work on when I have appointments and little blocks like these are just perfect! I am modifying the colors a little but for me, a pattern is just the stitches and the colors can be anything I want.

Great pattern. My Christmas colors are Burgundy so I substituted the red and it's beautiful.

I have already started on this project, but am having some difficulty finding some of the colors required for the appliques and striped blocks. Any suggestions where I might find them?

Hi bbcan 8193174, You should try looking on our knitting site AllFreeKnitting.com Thanks! -Editors of FaveCrafts

I love this Christmas Tree afghan but I do not crochet. I am a knitter and do you have this or something like it (Christmas trees) in a knitted pattern. Thank you very much. Bette
