Create a homemade Father's Day gift with this cool craft and give dad what he deserves. This Personalized Father's Day Hammer is a perfect handmade gift idea because it's quick, easy and cheap to make. You can also add a personal message, so he'll appreciate it even more. Materials List

  • Hammer
  • Stencil for the lettering.
  • Wood burner
  • Danish Oil or finish of your choice

  1. Sand the lacquer off the hammer from the store.

  2. Stencil the letters, making sure the message fits the handle well. You can change up the message to whatever you'd like as long as it fits the handle.

  3. Wood burn the letters. Be careful and don't burn yourself. Read the instructions that came with your wood burner.

  4. Finish with Danish Oil, but you can also use the finish of your choice.
