Materials:

  • 8 Mismatch 8x10 frames
  • 1 can of Krylon spray paint in the color of your choice (I used Navy)
  • 16 8x10 pieces of glass
  • 7 5x7 photos
  • 1 sheet Watercolor paper 8x10
  • 5 Different colors acrylic paint
  • 1 can Krylon crystal clear spray paint
  • 1 verse printed on PC
  • Hot glue gun and sticks

Instructions:

  1. Spray mismatching old frames with navy spray paint, let dry for a couple hours and spray again. Let them dry over night.

  2. Paint acrylic paint onto watercolor paper creating a blotchy colorful background.

  3. Create a word document using various fonts. This one says: I never knew what love was until that precious face looked up at me and I heard a sweet voice call me MOM. When paint is completely dry, print onto the painted watercolor paper.

  4. Add collage items as desired. Fabric flowers, stamped images, glitter glue accents. Spray the collage with crystal clear, let dry.

  5. Place photos between 2 pieces of glass as shown. Use hot glue around edges on the back to keep the glass in place, prongs will show.. Frame the collage and arrange on the wall.
