Grab a simple heart-shaped grapevine wreath and a few other décor pieces to make this Quick Valentine’s Day Wreath. Creating holiday-specific DIY wreath ideas does not have to be too time-consuming. By combining the right collection of lights and flair like glitter and ribbon, you can easily make a wreath that celebrates the most loving holiday of all. When it comes to Valentine’s Day crafts, this is one of the easiest ideas out there, and it shows each and every person that enters your home some seriously crafty love. If you are not big on pinks and red, you could easily create this DIY craft in silver and gold to go glam this February.

Materials List

  • Heart-shaped grapevine wreath
  • Wreath lights
  • Hot glue gun
  • Red doily
  • Cupcake wrapper
  • Red glitter embellishment
  • Ribbon

How to Make a Wreath for Valentine's Day

  1. Put lights onto the wreath, tucking them in as you go so that they follow the shape of the heart.

  2. Tie on the ribbons.

  3. Carefully (don’t glue onto the lights and melt the wire covering) glue on your red doily, crumpling it up a bit.

  4. Add in crumpled cupcake liner.

  5. Finish with glittered embellishment.

  6. Plug it in and go!

What do you think about light-up DIY wreath: Just for Christmas or perfectly fine all year-round?
