"Do you love those tissue paper garlands you've seen all over pinterest? Me, too, but I don't love how expensive tissue paper can be. So I came up with a great way to get the same look, but the process is easier and less expensive than standard tissue paper tassel garlands. The secret? Use pretty paper napkins instead of regular tissue paper to make the tassels! It's quick, easy, and costs less than buying tissue to do the job."

I think tassels make great home decor year round. I've been making tassels with yarn, but never thought to use any other materials. Thanks for the cute, inexpensive idea. I will look for some pastel napkins for spring tassels and something brighter for summer colors. I'm starting with the dollar store.
