Cross Beaded Earrings

If you're in the market for simple beading projects you'll have to try these Cross Beaded Earrings.  You'll love telling everyone that you made them yourself.

Materials:

• 2 8 in pieces of size 30 crochet thread
• Sewing needle
• Note bead size does affect size of earrings
• 9 beads size of your choosing
• 2 French hooks

Instructions:

Make 2:

1. Step 1: place 1 French hooks on thread
2. Step 2: fold thread in half equally
3. Step 3: place 2 beads on thread.
4. Step 4: separate strands of thread
5. Step 5: place 2 beads on strand one
6. Step 6: using same thread, thread string back though 2nd bead from end of thread.
7. Use sewing needle if needed.
8. Step 7: on 2nd strand of thread place 2 beads
9. Step 8: using same thread, thread sting back though 2nd bead from end of thread.
10. Use sewing needle if needed.
11. Step 9: join both strands of thread and tie together in small knot.
12. Step 10: place 3 beads on thread
13. Step 11: tie in knot to secure beads in place, cut of extra thread.
