Crocheting or knitting with plastic bag yarn is such a good way to use up those plastic bags and make something really useful and pretty, too! In response to the comments looking for instructions, if you follow the video, she shows you exactly how to make it. I don't know about the hook size, though.

No instructions - only the video What size needle, what stitches to be used, I hate it when there are no instrucrtions. Just a waste of time for me..
