- Q-tips
- String
- Red & gold tulle

Clean wine glass with alcohol.

Use Q-Tips to dab dots of acrylic paint.

Cure in Oven

Places glass in a cold oven.

Heat to 350 degrees for 20 mins.

Cut a 6inch piece of string.

Cut 5-6 pieces of tulle that are 6 inches long (However many that fill the base).

Loop tulle around string.
