This is so cute! I can add this to my daughter's activities at home. Can even use it during kiddie parties. I have never thought of doing this to my coasters. I can also use glass coaster right, and paint it? But not sure what kind of paint would stick on it. Any suggestions?

Such a creative idea! I could see making these in other pastry designs, like a cupcake top, a roll, cookies, etc. and this would be so cute to give as a gift to a baker or anyone who enjoys sweets! Kids would willingly use these cute coasters! A nice gift for grandma, a teacher, a neighbor, and in some cases, you could personalize with a name!

I'm always looking for DIY coaster ideas because coasters are so much fun and make a great gift if you need a quick idea. Adding these to the list.

Could these be any cuter? I may use different types of "glaze" for different coasters--or even make some coordinating cookie coasters )
