Open Back Summer Vest
"Summer time is the time for light, airy clothing. This open back vest gives just the right amount of that. Casual enough to wear out on dates with friends or to the movies, chic enough to wear on dress down days at work. It is made with worsted weight 100 percent mercerised cotton yarn, basic half double and single crochet stitches. The pattern is written for 3 sizes, small, medium and large. It's time to pick up your hook and crochet this vest."
Crochet Hook4.5 mm hook, H/8 or 5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)
Crochet GaugeGauge: 13 row and 15 stitches= 4x4
Finished SizeSmall- 14.5-15" across/22" tall. Medium- 17-17.5" across/22.5-23"tall. Large- 19.5-20" across/22.5-23" tall

You guys should see the back detail on this top. I was wondering how I would make that and I thought I would change the pattern but it's super easy. The top is perfect for summer, you can wear it over your t-shirts and dresses and look super chic.

What a cute top. It's very easy to make and it can be worn here in Florida all year around. It also doesn't take much yarn to complete. That's because as you can see in the second picture there's no back to speak of. I may add a button to the front if I do make it.
