Ponchos are my favorite thing to wear! They keep you warm while letting you do whatever you need to do without adding bulk or weight like some sweaters do. The pattern for this is simple though I might make mine a bigger size so that it drapes around me really well.

Similar pattern with darker colour and larger picture. http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?PID=1394&cps=21191

Would like to see this in childrens sizes like 4-6, 8-10, 12-14, and even the littler ones! :D I made one when I was a pre-teen for the county fair, lost the pattern. :( Sure wish I had it now!!

Needs to be shown in a darker color.

Please could we please have the option of making the picture bigger? Some of us oldsters(meaning me) have poor eyesight and need to see a bigger picture to see the details. Also when you are showing a white craft project, PLEASE put it on different color(the darker the better) background. When you put white on white the craft virtually disappears as in the above picture. Thanks!

A great beginner project. It's also a quick and easy project for an experienced crocheter who wants to make gifts.

I am having trouble reading this pattern if anyone could offer some assistance I would be very great full. I am new to crocheting but as soon as I learn to read one style of pattern I find another and generaly i spend more time and waste more yarn to help my self understand the patern than it would take to just do the prodject.

The diagram has been added. Happy crafting! -FaveCrafts Editors

Very easy pattern, but where's the diagram you are supposed to follow to assemble the finished pieces? I will have to stumble thru that one on my own.
