- Lime green T-shirt
- 3 traceable items
- Marker
- Aleene's Fabric Fusion Permanent Fabric Adhesive
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Trace your circles onto the felt. The white should be the largest circle, the green is the medium circle, and the black is the smallest circle.
- Cut out the circles.
- Draw a smile on the felt and cut out.
- Glue all together with Fabric Fusion.
