This is such a cute heart box. I'm going to make it this valentine's day. I agree that googly eyes would be nice and I am going to embroider my box as well. I think I will embroider the nose and mouth with french knots and make the face bigger and more central on the heart. I'm sure that would look nice. Then fill with chocolates or marshmallows!

This little heart box is cute as can be and would be great not only for Valentine's Day, but any day you want to share your affection! It is darling as is, but you could add some buttons or sequins, metallic or lace ribbon or cord, or even tiny sea shells for some extra,glam and different looks. For little ones, paint on a smiley face as shown or glue on some googly eyes for older little ones! A lovely box and project!
