  • Burlap
  • Scissors
  • Button
  • Adhesive

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the empty toilet paper roll in half.
     
  2. Cut burlap to fit your toilet paper roll and glue it on.
     
  3. Add a button to the napkin holder.
