Looking for ways to use old fabric for recycled sewing crafts? Check out this fun doggy bib dress by Erika Lindquist. Bibs are no longer useful just for your kids, they also make fun dog outfits!

Fun Doggy Bib Dress

Materials:

  • Old baby bib
  • Old pillow case
  • Extra fabric for belt
  • Velcro or button
  • Sewing supplies

Instructions:

  1. Measure your dog for the belt (the green portion) where the bib will end. Add 3 inches when cutting the belt for the overlapping velcro (or a tie or button or...).

  2. Measure the length you want the skirt to be on your dog's back starting from where the belt will end. Ruffle the top edge, and hem the sides in.

  3. Sew the belt on top of the skirt and bib pieces.

  4. And you're done!
