Reuse that old wood you have lying around in your garage by making these cute Scrap DIY Garden Stakes. As long as you have some basic tools - like a drill and a saw - you probably won't have to buy anything new for this project. If you don't have extra wood, you can easily take a walk and gather sticks, pine needles, pine cones, and other earthy items to make your own DIY garden decor. Then start putting your pieces together. You can create animals, houses, trees, and more. Get creative and have fun!

This is such a great idea, my friend has a lovely garden and loves critters, this would be ideal!also would be cute in a pet shelter. The creativity is endless, you could use buttons, bottle caps, yarn, cut and painted plastic water bottle pieces, or flower wire to make the animal features. Even some clever painting for feathers or fur! Would be a ute gift too!
