Box Instructions

  1. Cover one sheet of mat board with double sided adhesive. Peel off release paper and place wrong side of paper facing mat board. Place right side of paper facing the die and run through Big Shot.

  2. Fold box over on all score lines making sure to fold away from the score lines.

  3. Place a line of tape down both tabs of the box. Remove release paper and fold box up. Tie a double bow on top of the box with seam binding.

  4. Doodle or stamp desired initial to fit inside the frame. Place a Zots on the flap of the box and add the frame to the flap, allowing it to hang over the edge and act as a closure.

Card Instructions:

  1. Die six cuts cards from mat board using the Recipe Card & Label.

  2. ColorBox Blends are a pigment ink applicator that works by pressing the valve in the center of the sponge on a flat surface. Every time the valve is depressed, it releases a dot of ink. On a non-stick mat, randomly dot the ColorBox Blends inks matching the paper you are using. When you have an area about 8” x 8” covered, spray with water mister so that colors begin to merge together. Take your white cards and place on the colors. Cover your cards with desired amount of ink- these can be very random. There is no right or wrong here- have fun and play with it. Flip card and repeat. When you run out of ink or it starts to look muddy, wipe up and make a new color palette. Repeat until all cards are done. Use a heat gun if desired to speed drying time.

  3. Add words, stamps, or photos to the cards. You can fit about six cards, depending on how dimensional they are. Tuck cards in box!
