  1. Spray the entire surface with Snow White. Let dry.
  2. Paint the pumpkin Bright Orange.
  3. Paint the ghost's eyes and outline the features as desired with Lamp Black and liner.
  4. Paint the pumpkin eyes with Bright Yellow using the #8 flat brush.
  5. Use the handle end of the brush to add Citron Green dip dots on both the pumpkin and the ghost.
  6. Shade around the features of the ghost with a float* of Grape Juice, using the #8 flat brush.
  7. Add a little blush to the nose and cheeks with a float of Bright Orange.
  8. Apply Glo-in-the-Dark Medium on top of the painted surface with the 1" flat brush.
  9. When dry, apply two coats of DuraClear Gloss, allowing to dry between coats.

* Float: Load brush in water or floating medium. Pat excess on paper towel. Dip one corner of brush in color. Blend color through brush on palette. Color should go from heavy on the loaded side to nothing on the opposite corner, graduating through bristles.
