Materials List

  • Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6 inch
  • Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® E-Z Runner® Micro Refillable Dispenser
  • Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix
  • Dies: Spellbinders® Paper Arts Stars Five, Filigree Numbers
  • Stamp: Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Crazy Talk
  • Cardstock: Red, Blue, White, Kraft
  • Red twine

Instructions

  1. Fold 41⁄4 x 11-inch kraft cardstock in half to form 41⁄4 x 51⁄2-inch top fold card base. Set aside.

  2. Apply Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6 inch to back of dark blue and red cardstock by removing the yellow liner and pressing the cardstock into the exposed adhesive.

  3. Die cut 31⁄8-inch star from dark blue cardstock with Adhesive Sheets on back.

  4. Die cut number 4 with outer die and filigree insert from red cardstock with Adhesive Sheets on back.

  5. Die cut number 4 with outer die only from white cardstock.

  6. Die cut 4-inch star from white cardstock.

  7. Cut 11⁄4 x 41⁄4-inch piece of white cardstock.

  8. Cut 1⁄4 x 41⁄4-inch strip of red cardstock.

  9. Cut 3⁄8 x 41⁄4-inch strip of blue cardstock.

  10. Fasten red and blue strips to white cardstock using E-Z Runner® Micro Refillable Dispenser.

  11. Stamp verse with black ink.

  12. Attach to bottom edge of card using E-Z Runner® Micro Refillable Dispenser.

  13. Remove Adhesive Sheet liner from blue star and fasten on white star.

  14. Remove Adhesive Sheet liner from red number 4 and fasten to white number 4 slightly offset so white shows on right edge.

  15. Attach number 4 to star with Thin 3D Foam Squares.

  16. Use Thin 3D Foam Squares to fasten star to card front.

  17. Knot red twine around top fold of card.
