Super Cute Beach Hut Cookie House
"Who says cookie houses are only for Winter?? Not me! I'm getting my Summer cookie on with some freaking adorable beach huts made from sugar cookies and royal icing with a little edible paint for decoration. Alongside the huts, I made some cool edible sand from spare cookies and cute af grass from leftover fondant. It takes about 4-5 hours to complete (not including drying time on the icing) and is about a medium on the difficulty scale."

What a cute idea! I never would have thought of doing something like this for anything other than Christmas. This would be a really cute addition to the food tables at a pool party or beach themed birthday party. You could even make up several and fill them with treats instead of giving out loot bags.

This beach hut cookie house is more than super cute. However, I know that with my baking skills I will never get the "pieces" of the house to come out this perfect. At any rate, I have to give it a go at least once with the kids now that school is out and summer is here. Thanks for the free recipe.
