Too pretty for scrubbies but love to use. The one who will use these scrubbies will enjoy the job because the flowers are very pretty. It's like you're not doing any chores at at all.

I have never made any dish scrubbies nor have I used the special scrubby cotton yarns. These are so cute. I would definitely use these in the shower as a good body exfoliator. They would also be good in the kitchen as a dish scrubber. Great instructions that are easy to follow.

I really need to jump on the bandwagon and make some of my own face or dish scrubbies. I am finding so many pretty patterns to try. I realize these are originally made for the face-probably because of the smaller size. But they can also be used for the dishes. One pattern, double duty. They are worked up in as little as just three rows! I understand from other crafters that this yarn dries quickly and is non-stinky when wet. Bonus!

My friend had these made for me and I must say, they do the job of exfoliating very well, and not only that, they wash up great and dry quickly. I use one of them under a crystal lamp for protection to the counter as it is very pretty there, so another multiple use for this project! These make nice party or shower favors or as a hostess gift, or tuck into a gift basket of soaps and lotions for an extra nice touch!
