Has this pattern been corrected yet? Would like to make for grand babies but looking at comments there seems to be some confusion with it. Thanks

These are too cute but............. The number of stitches on the rows don't match. Always seem to be one short on the next round. I even added one in round 1 and did 5 into that final chain before working on the opposite side to make round 2 come out right. Then it happened again on round 3. When you get to the end you are one stitch short of having enough to do what the pattern says. Do you have corrections to the pattern that aren't shown here?

Love pattern but confused on SideTop Rnd 45 Why doesn't it just say sc 10sc 8, instead of sc9, sc1 and sc7, sc1.....isn't it just another sc? And it says to do it 85 times? Does that mean it goes around the whole top so many times, making it more rounds than stated? I see it would make the sides but I'm not sure....please clarify. thanks much!
