Leanna Booth

Leanna BoothI have been knitting since I was about 8 and a self taught crocheter since about the same age. My mother taught me to sew when I was 12, and I'm a fully qualified dressmaker. I only sew and knit/crochet for the grandchildren these days.

My other favorite craft is woodwork, and I make many items like simple clocks and collapsible baskets.

My patterns posted on Favecrafts are the first I have ever designed.

I'm a beginner at Amigurumi and don't understand mm and pm. I'm from the UK, so maybe it's something American???.

Hello - pm is placemarker and mm is millimeters. Hope that helps! - Julia from FaveCrafts

Leanna Booth! Please correct your baby seal pattern! So many people love it and want to make it but honestly, if you look at the written instructions you surely must see why there is such confusion. I do appreciate your efforts at designing, and am wondering if perhaps your original instructions were misprinted? You can see that you reference a row 27 when in fact there is not a row 27 unless you count the rows for the flippers. I see that you haven't answered the other questions which are now 2 years old so I hope that you are alright! Don't give up designing, but please have someone test your patterns before they are published! Thank you Leanna!

Hi there, I will contact Leanna and send her your comment/question. Thanks! - Julia from FaveCrafts

Love your Baby Bolero design. Can I sell the finished article on the internet if I credit you with the design?

Oh my goodness I LOVE your tiny seal and the crochtopus my sister would get a big kick out of it - she had a yarn-wrapped and braided one as a kid I remember - yours is much better Could you clarify a couple things on the tiny seal pattern Row dc in next dc as I'm not getting that row Row re-join yarn next to st flipper dc in next sts - repeat Row no Row AND sorry Flipper Row do round sts ss in next stitch Do I continue on with Row and so on 'around' or is this Row continuation chain I'm sorry for the bother but that is so so cute and my y o son has a larger one his grandma made before she passed away The rear flippers are the same as the front flippers I like yours much better too Thank You Deborah CorcoranRead More
