Customer service could either hurt your business or help boost it depending on how you approach your customers. For the online business replying to customers questions as prompt as possible really helps.

There is a difference between greeting a customer and overwhelming them. At a craft show I went to this weekend, somve vendors would say hello and ask how I was doing; others would _immediately_ launch into a full description of what items they were selling or what cause they were supporting. This second type of vendor is usually one I will walk away from.
