"What do I love more than sleep? Nothing. Except for the wonderful scent of lavender as I drift off into dreamytime. Today’s adventure is my first foray into making homemade lotions and potions. You can call it either lotion or body butter but its dual purpose is to heal your skin and provide aromatherapy during your restorative night’s sleep."

Love this lotion recipe and I also love the smell of lavender. I put a few drops of oil on everything I can before I go to sleep. I have been looking for a recipe for a homemade lotion. I like to know what is in my products and read the ingredients on the ones I buy. Bad stuff. Where do you buy your containers for the lotions? This will be my first time making. Is there anything special thing I need to know when whipping it together in final step? thanks for recipe.
