Penguins are always 'in' and what little one wouldn't love having these little critters in hand to play with? I think these would make a nice scout troop or kids' church group project as well as a family gathering project too! You could make several and use these as place card holders at a holiday dinner gathering and guests could take one home as a little momento of the evening. Such a wonderfuly easy project that looks great and makes you feel great just looking at these adorable critters! Thanks for sharing!

I can not even tell you how cute these penguins are. I love them. Reminds me of Happy Feet an that is just what I will make them. So adorable and so simple to make using a water bottle and a sock. Now how many ones do I have that do not have mates and that hat gives the penguin some personality. How about making a few and changing them a little and making your own Happy Feet collection foe a mantel or centerpiece. How cute will that be. Great tutorial.

I've got to Pin this one! This is an adorable craft to make with children while they are home on school vacation this week. Crafting sessions are perfect for February vacation in the cold states of New England. Isn't it great to share special time with children or grandchildren? This is an excellent craft for daycare or the babysitter to share for entertainment.
