Finished Size: Circumference: 9" (22.9cm)

16 sts x 22 rnds = 4" (10.2cm) in double seed st
Save time, check your gauge.

Stitch Guide
2/2LC: Sl 2 sts onto cn, hold to front, k2, k2 from cn.

double seed st: (multiple of 2 sts)
Rnds 1-2: *K1, p1; rep from * to end.
Rnds 3-4: *P1, k1; rep from * to end.
Rep Rnds 1-4 for pat.

cable st: (multiple of 4 sts)
Rnds 1-2: K.
Rnd 3: 2/2LC.
Rnd 4: K.
Rep Rnds 1-4 for pat.

CO 40 sts. Pm and join to work in the rnd, being careful not to twist work. P 1 rnd.
Next Rnd: Work in double seed st for 10 sts, pm, p1, work cable st over 4 sts, p1, work in double seed st to end.
Work 1 rnd even in pat.
Shift Rnd: Work to 1 st before m, kfb, sl m, work 5 sts as established, p2tog, work to end.
Rep Shift Rnd every rnd until cozy measures 3" (7.5cm). End with P 1 rnd.
BO all sts.

Weave in all ends. Block.
