If your child is into soccer then this is the perfect craft for them to make. Scrapbook papers and embellishments such as stickers, buttons, charms and rub-ons make this craft look amazing.

    Materials:

    • STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam:
      • Scrapbook embellishments: stickers, rub-ons, buttons, charms5" cube
    •
    • Scrapbook papers, your choice of theme
    • Brass grommets, eight 3/8"
    • Scissors or Exacto® knife with new blade
    • Ruler
    • Pencil
    • Thick white craft glue

    Steps:

    1. Measure and cut five, 5 1/8" squares of scrapbook paper.

    2. Spread glue on one paper square and adhere to foam cube. Trim excess paper. Repeat until top and four sides are covered. (Hint: Papers might appear wavy at first, and will smooth out as the glue dries.)

    3. Using the tip of an Exacto blade or scissors, make small cuts through the paper on the top of the cube. Insert a pencil through the paper slit and push the pencil straight down 1-1/2" to 2" into the STYROFOAM™ brand foam. Wiggle the pencil to enlarge the holes so that pencils can slip in and out easily.

    4. Spread glue on reverse side of grommet and push into hole until it rests tight against the top of the cube. Repeat until all 8 grommets are inserted in top of cube.
