Crochet HookE/4 or 3.5 mm hook
Materials:
- 4 mm (H) hook
- 490g – 520g approximately 692 – 1020 yards (4 balls) of Chic Cotton Yarn (Marshmallow Flirt) by Figgi Yarns
- Stitch marker
- Wool needle
Notes:
- At the end of each round just carry on, do not join with a slip stitch unless otherwise marked.
- Mark the start of each round and then move marker as a round is completed.
Abbreviations:
HK – hook CH – chain SS – Slip Stitch
HDC – Half Double Crochet
DC - Double Corchet
DCCR - Double Crochet Cross Stitch – Miss 1 Stitch, DC in the next Stitch, DC in the stitch you missed to create a X. For the next stitch miss the stitch you have already worked, miss 1 stitch, dc in next stitch, then dc in the stitch you missed that hasn’t been worked.

Row 6) 47 dccr’s, 1 dc, ch 2, turn (95)
Row 7 – 11) 95 hdc, ch 2, turn (95)

Row 13 - 85) Repeat rows 7-12 13 times
Row 86 - 89) 95 hdc, ch 2, turn (95)

Round 91) sc around the whole blanket putting 3 sc in each corner, ss to join to 1st sc
Round 92 – 93) ch 2, hdc around, with 3 hdc in each corner, ss to join to top of ch 2
Round 94) Ch 2, dccr around the whole blanket (do not put extra stitches in the corners), join with ss to the top of the ch 2 (if you are left with one stitch at the end put a dc in this stitch)
