"Is there anything more miserable than getting a cold or having your sinuses act up? That feeling that your head is about three times its size and pounding? Pour a hot bath and add these bath salts. They only take a few minutes to mix up, and are specifically designed to help ease your symptoms. There is something so completely healing about the combination of Epsom salts, baking soda, eucalyptus, and peppermint. It’s a tried and true healing combination that has been around for years. And for good reason — it works!"

I really like that this idea is so easy to pull together and use in the home. How long do the bath salts keep once you make them up? I would love to get some mason jars and make these as part of spa bath kits that I give the women in my life this holiday season.
